NEUROSCIENCE AND THE POSITIVE SIDE OF THOUGHTS

Why do we worry about what might happen, even if it doesn't? Why do we sometimes underestimate ourselves, limiting our effectiveness? Can we train our brains to think positively? We'll apply the lessons of neuroscience to our daily lives, helping us recognize the glass half full and our successes. We'll explore what we can do to make a positive approach part of our corporate culture and see the tangible impacts it has on our bodies and our performance. Audience: Anyone who wants to know themselves better and live more peacefully. Delivery Method: In-person Duration: From 4 to 16 hours, to be agreed upon based on objectives, audience, and number of participants.

MULTI-TASKING DOESN'T EXIST!

We do two, ten, a hundred things at once and think about how efficient, productive, and dynamic we are... Neuroscience, however, is clear and states that multitasking doesn't exist. So why do we rush so much? What happens to our brain and our energies while we continue to fragment our attention in the illusion of multitasking? We'll see how to reduce this whirlwind, in favor of more efficient and focused single-focusing.

AUTHENTIC QUALITIES: RECOGNIZING THEM FOR HARMONY AND WELL-BEING IN THE ORGANIZATION

We all have innate qualities, which those who know us well can distinguish: will the same happen in the workplace? Or is a precise person perceived as fussy, a generous person as intrusive, a consistent person as rigid? We'll see how learning to recognize and accept our own and others' qualities helps us relate openly, and how expressing and letting them emerge is beneficial for well-being, collaboration, and results.
